She Shines White Light By Tracy McDurmon She shines white light when she strolls, She strolls the paths where it guides. As She
strolled the park, a bench was spied. The bench was worn. Worn and weathered , imprinted with the essences of others, who
floated where the light shines.The tree was solace and glowed with ambers and faint green mists sublime. Massive was the trunk,
it's strength magnificent!, It;s weakness wrapped up to the air, like a fine package.wrapped with care. The grasses lush
and thick with silence. She strolled the concrete that surrounded this vision. It's glory bore everywhere. As she leaves the
barriers of the splendid peace, she sees yet more buildings and concrete. She passes the bench and hesitates, She feels the
power of this position.And she waits. Some where hidden in the caos, deep inside. Past the noise of daily life, she stands
with honor, and with pride. Basks in the warmth, and she shines her white light..............

My Spirit By Tracy McDurmon Can't break my Spirit, It's Truly Free Can't tear me down, help rebuild me. This
is the gift , I give myself, and others. My
Spirit, my Joys , my conquered troubles. Don't
assume my vulnerabilities make me weak, They
only make me stronger. My Heart is capable
of more....... Don't close a door that's
not ready to be shut, Simply cling to the
moment, and trust........ Some live their
whole lives in Fear, Of dont's, cant's
and shouldnt's.... Live your life in Anyways,
Now's and Just do it!!! Can't break my
spirit, it has yet to begin, The Journey
isn't about just what's outside, The Journey
of my Spirit is Within.......
